Hosting
This website is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and delivered through the Amazon CloudFront network. The provider is Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg. AWS processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
When you open a page, AWS processes your IP address and technical details of your request, such as the address you requested, the date and time, and your browser's identification. This data is used only to deliver the page to you, which is not possible without it. We do not keep access logs.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to provide the website to you reliably and securely.
Depending on where you are, your request may be answered by a server outside the EU, for example in the United States. AWS is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision (Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795). For countries without an adequacy decision, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914) apply; they are part of our data processing agreement with AWS. You can find the agreement, including the clauses, at aws.amazon.com/compliance/gdpr-center.
Contacting us by email
When you email us, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message in order to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request concerns an existing or potential contract with us, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise; our legitimate interest is then to answer your request.
Since 26 September 2026 we have used Google Workspace for our email addresses at minimum.global. The provider is Google Cloud EMEA Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland. Messages that reached us before then are still stored in Germany by Heinlein Hosting GmbH (mailbox.org), Schwedter Straße 8/9A, 10119 Berlin, until we have moved them to Google Workspace or deleted them.
Google also processes the data outside the EU, for example in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision (Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795). Transfers to other countries without an adequacy decision rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914). You can find Google's standard contractual clauses at cloud.google.com/terms/sccs.
We delete your message once your request has been dealt with. Messages we are required to keep as business letters are kept for the statutory period of six years (section 257 of the German Commercial Code and section 147 of the German Fiscal Code); the legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Providing this data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply.
Contacting us by phone
When you call us on +49 151 50170667, we process your phone number if your phone transmits it, the date and time of the call, and what you tell us. If we cannot take your call, you can leave a message on our voicemail, usually with your name, your email address or phone number, and your request. We use this information to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request concerns an existing or potential contract with us, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise; our legitimate interest is then to answer your request. We do not record calls.
The line and the voicemail are provided by Telekom Deutschland GmbH, Landgrabenweg 149, 53227 Bonn, Germany. Telekom processes the call's traffic data and the voicemail messages as a controller in its own right under telecommunications law, not on our behalf; you can read more in its privacy notice (in German). According to Telekom, the voicemail deletes a message 7 days after it has been listened to, and a message nobody has listened to after 21 days. There are no other recipients, and we do not back up calls or messages to any cloud.
We delete your message and the entry in our call list once your request has been dealt with. If you prefer not to transmit your number, you can withhold it; so that we can reply, please then leave us a number or an email address.
The same applies if you send a text message (SMS) to this number: we process your phone number, the date and time, and the content of your message to answer your request; Telekom processes the traffic data as a controller in its own right, and we delete the message once your request has been dealt with.
Providing this data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply.
Cookies and tracking
Visiting this website sets no cookies and stores no data about you in your browser; there are no analytics or tracking services and no content from third parties, and even the fonts are delivered with the website itself.
This applies to minimum.global itself. Paying for one of our apps is the one exception, and it happens somewhere else: on a separate checkout page at pay.minimum.global. Only that page loads software from Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd, Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom), our payment provider and merchant of record, so that you can pay. It is opened only when you start a purchase from one of our apps, and it is covered by that app's own privacy policy and by Paddle's buyer terms and privacy notice.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data (Art. 15 GDPR), to have it corrected (Art. 16 GDPR) or erased (Art. 17 GDPR), to restrict its processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). To exercise these rights, write to us at legal@minimum.global.
Right to object
Where we process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21(1) GDPR). We then stop processing the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. An informal message to legal@minimum.global is enough.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example in the EU member state where you live (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und für das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg (the Brandenburg data protection authority), Stahnsdorfer Damm 77, 14532 Kleinmachnow, Germany.
