Minimum Global builds small, useful web and software products, ships them early, and keeps improving the ones that prove worth keeping.

We start from the smallest version that works, then refine toward the best, simplest form of the thing. Less, but the best.

Built in Germany and hosted in the EU, Minimum Global is a GDPR-native European alternative to US services, without trackers and without noise.

The founder

Dr. Jorge Davila-Chacon

Minimum Global is the independent studio of Dr. Jorge Davila-Chacon, an AI engineer and entrepreneur with roots in Cognitive Robotics research and more than ten years taking AI systems from the lab into production, across audition, vision, and language.

He earned his doctorate in Computational Neuroscience at the University of Hamburg, brought Reinforcement Learning into production at one of Europe's fintech pioneers, and lectured at the Hamburg School of Business Administration. He co-founded Heldenkombinat Technologies, an ML consultancy profitable from day one, and led it as CTO for five years; the company remains active today. Along the way, generative AI tools he designed won a Golden Nica at Prix Ars Electronica. His track record spans production AI systems serving millions of yearly queries for DAX-listed companies and major public-sector enterprises, and that work continues today.

Product, cloud infrastructure, automation, security, and data protection all live under one roof, kept honest by Minimum Global's five principles and by fixed costs near zero. When a project calls for extra depth, he draws on senior consultants from a curated professional network. He builds the company from Potsdam, Germany, one small, well-made product at a time.

Hard-science practice that adapts to the whole student.

A learning companion for students aged 12 to 18 who want to master math, physics, chemistry, and biology on their own. Every exercise is built around the individual student: their home, their school, their personality, the way they learn. Most platforms adapt difficulty; Uelis adapts to the whole person. In Nahuatl, uelis means "it's possible."

A friendly dead-man's switch for the messages that must not be missed.

A missed check-in, a chosen date, or a deliberate signal delivers critical messages to the right people. Everything is encrypted in your browser, so SafeTrigger itself can read nothing. It warns before it acts, and it cannot betray you, because it cannot see you. Still here.
